Fantastic Poolside

Overall, this hotel has great attractions with a lively pool area and excellent dining options that made my stay enjoyable. However, I found check-in to be a hassle, and some pricing felt excessive, particularly for items like bottled water. I recently stayed at Mandalay Bay and was excited about the kids' pool area, which was fantastic with a wave machine and lazy river. However, we had some issues with our check-in where our rooms were on different floors initially. On a positive note, a lovely staff member upgraded us to an amazing suite. The charges for amenities are quite high, but the overall experience was enjoyable despite some hiccups.
